El español no es mi idioma principal y no estaba familiarizada con el proceso de alquiler en España, así que alquilar el piso que antes perteneció a mis padres me parecía un reto. Sin embargo, cuando conocí a Sergio, fue amable y profesional, y me sentí en buenas manos. Fue increíblemente paciente y se tomó el tiempo necesario para explicarme todo de forma clara y comprensible. ¡Al final del proceso, esa primera impresión de estar en buenas manos resultó ser totalmente acertada! Sergio se mantuvo en contacto conmigo hasta que el piso estuvo listo para alquilar. Me sugirió un precio de alquiler razonable, acorde al mercado, que consideraba alcanzable. Luego, tomó fotos que mostraban el piso de la mejor manera y redactó una descripción excelente y clara. Seleccionó a los posibles inquilinos y me recomendó a quien creía que sería el mejor. ¡Y lo mejor de todo es que mi nuevo inquilino se mudó tan solo 3 semanas después de publicar el anuncio! Recomiendo ampliamente a Sergio de Nova Urbana por su profesionalidad, su atención al detalle para que entiendas el proceso y la seguridad de que hará todo lo posible para lograr lo que necesitas. ¡Muchisimas gracias Sergio!

Quiero compartir mi experiencia con la inmobiliaria Nova Urbana, especialmente con Sergio y Virginia. Ya hemos comprado otros pisos anteriormente, pero sin duda este ha sido, con diferencia, el mejor trato que hemos recibido. Desde el primer día, Sergio nos acompañó en todo el proceso. Al ser nuestro primer piso en España, teníamos muchas dudas sobre cómo proceder, y él nos explicó todo con paciencia y claridad. No solo se limitaron a la venta del inmueble. Nos ayudaron en absolutamente todo: desde los trámites, hasta el cambio de suministros de agua y luz, e incluso con nuestra mudanza. Es algo que marca la diferencia. Se nota que no están enfocados únicamente en vender, como ocurre con muchas inmobiliarias. Realmente se preocupan por el cliente y por que todo esté bien, hasta el último detalle. Solo descansan cuando todo está perfectamente resuelto. Sin ninguna duda, si en el futuro comprarmos otro piso, será con ellos. Los recomiendo al 100% y, más que eso, recomiendo que antes de buscar un piso, hablen con Sergio y Virginia. Su honestidad se percibe desde el primer momento.
